Zonal Service- 11th January 2013

Zonal Service. Zonal Fellowship started at about 2:35pm with the Zonal Secretary taking Opening Prayers. We prayed mostly thanking God for His Sufficient Grace in the Zone. Sis Tosin Bello [A.G.S] moderated the Service. Testifiers were emotional as they poured out their hearts to God. Drama Team did a short but powerful drama reminding us that “All we can ever get from God is because of Grace”. Ministration Team were next as they inspired everyone with the gospel song “Emmanuel”. Papa Charles Bassey, Zonal Co-ordinator shared the Word on “Grace beyond your stop over, He made us understand that lets us endeavour to labour in God’s presence and enjoy unlimited Grace in our daily lives. The Service was very inspiring and educative as FECAites from other chapter were really blessed. Akpabuyo, Calabar 2, Calabar 3, Calabar 4 and even Odukpani Chapter all had representatives in the Service. Dedication for the Chairman of JSOP planning committee was done as other members of His team comprising mostly Executives & leaders of the immediate past tenure were also dedicated. Offering time was really a blessing as everyone melodiously danced to the rhythm from the Ministration Team, It was indeed a Grace-imparting Service. Announcements’ were taken and everyone were shared into their respective committees. Service ended at about 6:10pm & committee meeting held before we all departed.

THANKSGIVING SERVICE - 4TH JANUARY, 2012

 This was the first Service for the year in FECA CALABAR 1, and being Thanksgiving Service also, everybody was expecting a wonderful time in God's presence.

Opening Prayer was wonderfully orchestrated by Drama Leader, Bro Daniel Adjah, who led everyone passionately in Prayers. Sis Oma Edim led in Praise & Worship.

Testimonies was superb, as we learnt of God's goodness in people's life.
Publicity and Publications Department did a presentation on the Theme of the Month [2 Corinthians 9:8] presneting a poem and a talk on the Theme.

Ministration Team got everyone on their feet with the popular rhymes of "IMELA"...The Basket of Honour was next, as everyone present picked a sweet from a basket with Bible verses printed on them, The External Co-ordinator marshaled this section as He admonished everyone to pray about the Scripture they have picked..

Ministration Team then led in a 10 minutes extravagant Praise Section...The President took the Word on the Theme of the Month, emphasizing that God is able to do all things for FECA in 2013.

Publicity & Publications Department dedicated 30 new books to the Library.
